People listen to reviews, and often seek out recommendations from their friends. Make it easy for people to find you online, and share your information with others.
2. Check Your Website: What do you want people to do once they are visiting your site. Buy something? Call you? Sign-up? Register? Say it!
Keep your website updated with blog posts or news articles.
Make it easy for people to contact you - contact page, phone number or email on the home page.

3. Why should people "like" your page or follow you?
No matter what social media platform you are using - be engaging and share unique, newsworthy information.
So many people get intimidated by trying to think of something new to post. Think of what you would share with someone you just met, or a customer that walks in the door.
4. Use Visuals
Videos, photos, memes, infographics, quotes... make it visual! Be consistent with your branding, and include your organization's colors, logos. Don't just take images from Google. It can get you in a lot of trouble. Use your own photos or graphics.
