I'm sure if I asked you to make a list of your loyal customers or supporters you would easily come up with a list of people. This is a group who send referrals your way, share your social media posts, volunteer for you (for my non-profit friends!) and in general, they always sing your praises! Send them a note to say thank you (a personal note - no mass emails), and ask them if they are willing to share their experience and write a testimonial for you.
If you have a Facebook page, you can encourage some Facebook-savvy people to leave you a review through the new "rating" system for pages (click here for details).
Ask for customers to send in short video clips (offer a contest and give an award the best one) or organize a taping and record a few testimonials all at once to use over the next few months!
